Music & Worship

A Wing and a Prayer Brass Ensemble

Music in service to our community.

A Wing and a Prayer Brass Ensemble is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and an active mission of Emmaus Road Lutheran Church.

Established in 2010, the ensemble brings together brass musicians of all skill levels from Bucks County, Philadelphia, and New Jersey to learn, rehearse, and perform together.

With a repertoire spanning classical, jazz, swing, contemporary, and pop music, the ensemble's mission reaches well beyond the rehearsal room. Members regularly bring music and joy to senior communities, rehabilitation facilities, veterans' homes, and public events throughout the region.

Serving Our Neighbors

Shared Meal Ministry

A warm meal. A welcoming table. A caring community.

Emmaus Road's Shared Meal Ministry provides a warm dine-in meal for people experiencing homelessness and families in need in our community.

Meals are served at 6:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month.

Volunteers help prepare and cook meals, set up the dining space, serve our guests, wash dishes, clean up, and reset the room.

Want to help?

There are opportunities to serve before, during, and after each meal.
